We Are Followers Of Jesus Defined By

Dependence

We trust the Bible & prayer as the means God uses to begin restoring individuals to His design.

Multiplication

We equip leaders with the training & experience to make more followers of Jesus in more places.

Diversity

We unite individuals in our neighborhoods from different cultures & backgrounds to follow Jesus as one family.

Compassion

We pursue overlooked individuals in our neighborhoods so they can also experience God’s design.

A church is not a building or service you attend, but a people who are committed to follow Jesus together.

What We Believe

Leadership

Joshua Page

In August 2019, Joshua and his wife Angela followed God’s call to Pittsburgh and started The Church at Mon River, beginning with a small gathering in their living room. They have four sons: Ezra, Francis, Judson, and Keller. Joshua holds a Business Degree from the University of Louisville and a Master’s from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before starting Mon River, he served for 3.5 years as Pastor of Children and Youth at Oak Park Baptist Church and for 15 years as a leader in the warehousing and logistics industry. When he's not pastoring, Joshua enjoys coaching youth baseball, hanging out with his family at local park, or getting his hands dirty in the garden.

Partners

We are a non-denominational church in the sense that we are self governed and not under the control of a larger Christian organization, but we believe we can better accomplish our mission by cooperating with other like-minded churches.

We partner with these national organizations for encouragement, equipping, and missional efforts:
